1. Good Ole Mac
Ingredients:
8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
4 slices of American cheese
ketchup, if desired
Directions:
- Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain.
- Place the macaroni in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add slices of American cheese and/or ketchup to taste.
- Stir until cheesy and delicious.

2. Grilled Mac-n-Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
Good ole Mac
2 slices of bread
Directions:
- Spread the Good ole Mac evenly in a square baking dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
- Cut the mac-and-cheese into equally sliced squares.
- Preheat a pan over medium-low heat.
- Place each mac-and-cheese square over a slice of bread
- Top with a second piece of bread & griddle the sandwich until golden, about 4 minutes on each side.

3. Al Dente Macaroni
We give the traditional elbow macaroni an Italian twist by using a variety of cheeses and having the pasta remain a bit more firm.
Ingredients:
8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup cream cheese
3 cups milk
2 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ cup butter
½ cup bread crumbs
1 pinch paprika
Directions:
- Cook pasta as directed until it’s neither too firm nor too soft. Drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat.
- Add pasta and milk, stir in cheeses.
- Slowly stir in flour.
- Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
- Melt butter in a skillet.
- Add breadcrumbs and brown. Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover.

4. Macaroni Pizza
Ingredients:
Frozen pizza
Good Ole Mac
Olive oil
Optional: Regular green peppers/hot peppers/vegetables
Directions:
- Start by making some good ole mac.
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
- Top with macaroni and cheese and optional vegetables.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

5. Cheesy Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
Good Ole Mac
Canola oil
8-inch square frozen spring roll wrappers, defrosted
1 egg, beaten with one tablespoon water
No-stick baking spray
Sriracha hot pepper sauce, to taste
Directions:
- Brush the edges of spring rolls with the egg mixture.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of good ole mac onto the bottom half of the square. Fold the two edges. Roll tight.
- Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Bake spring rolls for 5-7 minutes, turning once.
OR
- Frying: Deep fry spring rolls in 3 inches of oil at 350F for 5 minutes until shell is crispy golden brown.
