How to Make Incredible Nachos

Just imagine the bubbliest, cheesiest version possible.

Like all things incredible, there are several important steps to follow in order to achieve the ultimate result of perfection:

1. Choose the best Chips

Aim for those which restaurants use: not too thin or too thick, with just the right amount of tang. We recommend Tostitos or Juanita’s.

2. Pick the Cheese like a Pro

You don’t want anything too crumbly or smelly. Go for those that will melt well and add finger-licking flavor.

3. Cut the Cheese into Smaller Pieces

Smaller pieces will melt faster and ensure that the tortilla chips underneath will also get crunchy.

4. Make it Mess-Free

Two words, twelve letters. Use it and you will have a spotless oven and countertop. Aluminum Foil (or parchment paper in a microwave). You’re welcome.

5. You can use a Microwave or a Regular Oven

If you use a microwave, use a safe plate (not plastic or aluminum) and leave it uncovered on High for 1 minute, rotating the plate once, until it looks like the nachos of your dreams.

If you use an oven, set to 375° and bake about 5 to 10 minutes, until everything looks delectable.

Recipe:

You can actually be creative with toppings as long as you have tortilla chips and cheese. Some people like to add:

  • Refried beans
  • Meat
  • Diced vegetables, like tomatoes and onions
  • Jalapeno
  • Chili
  • Sour cream

Provecho! (Spanish equivalent of bon appétit!)

  2. Thanks for your posting. Another element is that to be a photographer involves not only problem in recording award-winning photographs and also hardships in getting the best digicam suited to your requirements and most especially problems in maintaining the standard of your camera. This really is very true and apparent for those professional photographers that are straight into capturing the nature’s interesting scenes — the mountains, the actual forests, the wild or the seas. Visiting these daring places undoubtedly requires a dslr camera that can live up to the wild’s nasty conditions.
